Love this track! Bloody amazing considering it was preformed on a computer which had 512kb possibly expanded to 1024kb. God bless the Amiga and Bless the Artist who wrote it!

Definitely ran on 512KB. Remember my friend running it on his Amiga 1000. First Amiga game I ever saw.

I bought this game with my first computer - an Amiga 2000 in '90 or so, and I was instantly hooked, and I played it without blinking all night long and went to work bleary eyed but ecstatic. I could hardly remember the game's name because my floppy disk screwed up fairly soon and it's been a year or two since then. But I somehow pulled it out of my memory and searched. And here it was. It was a great game but the music made it! I heard it here now and got that same adrenalin rush. Awesome! I would love to play the game again, but this is plenty good on its own. THANKS!

I remember playing this game with my father way past my bedtime on school days. He was more hooked than me. Great times. Brilliant music.

@stouf04 no I'm not.. sonix, as you mention, uses softsynth.. I was talking about the hardware..

@stouf0414 жыл бұрын
@hooverphonique yes, sorry, i've readen too fast, i'm sure that Amiga can make synth sounds, but with soft synth as Sonix, not with hardware which uses only samples, but i ask myself how a soft can make synth sounds without hardware for, just by coding ?? on my first amstrad cpc i could make sounds and music by coding in basic ... ( i delete my comm up ;-) )
@RegePower13 жыл бұрын
a lot of years ago a program called Exotic Ripper was able to rip all of this sounds... :-)
@hooverphonique14 жыл бұрын
@Thunderblade64 that's correct, but that's a softsynth. I said it has no synth *hardware* !
@stouf0414 жыл бұрын
Amiga can make synthetic sound, remember SONIX ...
@hooverphonique14 жыл бұрын
@Thunderblade64 AmigaBASIC uses softsynth.. I used to code demos for the Amiga and know the hardware inside out, so you can trust me on this!
