Funny... Lotus 3 music reminds me of Zool music. I may be wrong but it definitely sounds familiar (haven't played Lotus 3). Then again, both games are from Gremlin Graphics so it is possible that they used same music in both...

yes I thought exactly the same... I played both games and now I remember that they had similar songs. On a quick search, I found that the original composer Patrick Phelan, was responsible for musics of both games... and thoses games were developped at the same time. Back in the days, I thought they were doing some reference to Zool in Lotus III... but it's was not.

That's not the main title for Lotus III, it's one of the in-game tracks called "Space Ninja"

It's Lotus 3 not Zool. It uses a similar instrument set by Patrick Phelan who did both tunes.
