11 minutes into the vlog and i had to pause to write you this !! this vlog has to be my favorite so far, not because you're stressed (i promise i love you) but because this is real, and very relatable. from the start of it i could see how stressed you were, and i literally felt every part of it, i related so much to you from the very beggining, and for that i'm so thankful for you, for showing this side of your life, this side of your uni experience, because thanks to this, i'm feeling a lot less alone, and so much better than how i was before watching this vlog. i know how bad uni stress can get, or stress in general, it can be tough to experience it on a daily basis, having mental breakdowns for literally nothing, feeling anxious and behind... and so many more things that i know we all relate to, but as you said Amina, everything will be okay eventually, it's all worth it when you look back and see how much you've grown from those delicate challenging experiences. So good luck girl, i genuinely believe in you, and i know you can do it, i'm on my last year of uni as well so when things get tough for you, remember you're not alone in this! However, when I actually try and I read it, my heart feels so much lighter and warm. Without nimaaz I always have a heavy and cold feeling in my heart like a weight pressed upon it. The best thing to do is to practice practice practice, even if you professor don’t give exercise try to give yourself little exercise to practice. btw amina hydrocolliod pimple patches actually work (if u have a white head they take all the gunk out), i apply one to get it out leave it overnight, remove it, clean the area with a tiny drop od tea tree oil on a cotton bud, put a fresh one on. i always get pigmentation scars but these make them a litttle lighter

pimple patch rec!! I've used Dr. Belmeur's Spot Soothing Patches which are around $4 for 24 patches. they're very very thin and pretty much invisible when you put them on, but they work SO incredibly well that I was shocked first time I tried them. I bought them as an impulse purchase from my local Face Shop and was taken aback by how discreet and efficient they are. they stick easily and stay on for hours and absorb the gunk from the pimple quicker than any other pimple patch I've seen. absolutely worth the $4 and more
