Dr watch the entire video and your ability to simplify for the lay person is exceptional. Great teacher. Can you please do a series of video on the step to start a physical examination of the body and then the path to not normal but exceptional health. I’ve just had my hormonal bloods completed and sadly realised the labs measure me against the normal not optimal health. Then I realised my Dr has no idea of howto achieve this so I’m now on a midst to self educ. Thanks I absolutely love your channel ❤
