We are also grateful to Amira for introducing us to her friend Alma when they sang a duet in Switzerland for a UNICEF gala event whilst still very young. Their talent was obvious back then. One thing to consider about Amira's incredibly sustained, clean, and powerful breath control is that she has been very athletic since elementary school years. Throughout her childhood, she won awards for various running competitions, including cross-country. In her Holland's Got Talent audition, she told the judges she had two dreams. One was to be an opera singer. If that didn't come to fruition, she wanted to one day participate as an athlete in the Olympic games. Her running, etc., has built her lung capacity to enhance her singing.

Great reaction to this amazing angel of song and humanitarian endeavors! As far as I can tell from her Facebook page, this is the church her Dad attends and the church of her earlier childhood, and the only ones there that Saturday morning were her, her Dad, her brother Fincent, and her boyfriend who had accompanied her and Fincent from South Africa to meet her Dad.

Just walked into the church & still with her overcoat on. Amira is one of a kind, never to be repeated. Also guys, there are very few singers that have perfect pitch & Amira certainly doesn’t need and doesn’t use auto-tune. I was amazed to find out just how many performers do indeed use auto-tune. Another point is, I compared Amira with Julie Andrews when they were both in their early teens & without knocking Julie in any way, Amira had the superior voice. Of cause I’m a rusted on Amira fan & obviously biased. Anyway guys, Great reaction
