to be honest reality ia total different, I've 20 years experience in graphic design and i am art director and visualizer, 100% all companies rejected me because a lame excuses, Dubai experience is must, come-on guys, when i am presenting my portfolio and there is everything and its world wide clients i served including gulf countries, any way its total game of luck.

I don't think it is necessary to move out to earn or to learn, I started my career as a visualiser from Pakistan's top advertising agency, I have overall experience of 8 years and today at the age of 27 I am working as a Creative Director in an US design agency remotely. It's just about the will and eager to grow everyone can do it for sure!! Just keep grinding.
