As a guy who fails to find help with PS4-PS5 assistance with this amazing game in this very late entry to this adventure, I am finding my way. Both myself, and my friends adore your content flyovers and clear and simple explanations. We were stuck on the red trail randomly without a compass and way too much gear for a too far South of the powerlines for our own good... yet someway, somehow...post 10 bunkers and 3 crash sites, 9 towns and 8 hours of wandering, I made it home.

South is best for survival and less PVP play -- also actually has the best loot if you know where to go (Which I'm sure you do now, realising its been a year lol)

Will you be doing some how too's in your videos, few things I can not get right or don't even know how they work, like placing food in your cooking pot or how you keep the same fire going, if you can at all. These videos help a great deal but I'm after more how too's rather than map identification? although in this instance it was a very helpful video as only just experienced this DLC. cheers

I'm not sure I'd make a whole video on those things but to cook items in a cooking pot you need to either have the pot filled with water or have lard/fat in the pot. Build a fire (rags or bark + sticks) and place it in a fireplace in a house by putting the fireplace in your hands, walking towards the fireplace, and left clicking (you should see UI indicator). Then use the vicinity to drag the cooking pot into the fireplace. It might take a little trial and error but you should be able to figure it out, hope this helps!

@@AmishZed Rodger that, I wouldn't expect a whole video as that would be boring LOL! maybe from time to time slipping in a couple of those kind of tips may appeal to some? I can already create the fire I got that bit sorted, happy now I know where I was going wrong with the cooking pot thanks . Just wounder, is there anyway of keeping the same fire going because you do get an option to re-ignite once it goes out but nothing happens when I try it. Thanks for the advice much apprenticed

@@johnhill5806 yeah you just have to keep stoking it with new logs or sticks. You can add them to the fire with the vacinity menu. But if the fire goes out you'll need to add kindling again to get it going

Not sure if you still read these commentaar but I came across a ruin on luvonia and it was like a church or something there was a scafold in it and a laddr on top of it so you could climb to the 2nd floor

Its a pretty nice game but this game crashes really often when in a very big fight and it has a LOT of bugs so if ur fime with that then buy it... but mlst of the time u die due to the bugs and glitches

I really can't speak for PS4 specifically but its a great game. The current patch is bad but should be fixed soon. The other comment says he dies to glitches a lot but that doesn't really happen ever on PC

@@AmishZed on PS4 when there is a shooting around you, ur ingame sound just disapears til u restart the game. And sometimes when u have a gun in ur hands u really dont... ur opponent just sees u punching the air. ._.

I would recommend on Ps4 currently i have it but sometimes it could bug out if you try to pick up something inside a shirt and you would have to relog to get it i do recommend

I've been playing DayZ for years and mostly just enjoying a wandering simulator ended by getting shot or starving but I followed this loot route and killed a pig at Bielawa and ate the entire thing and then I made my way down to the unmarked military base but that had pretty bad loot for the danger I was in, one zombie scream summoned like 8 more of the zeds and it went from fun Stealth mission to "New mission: Survive" after all that I ended with way less bullets for my Mk2 a ruined backpack, a badly damaged shirt, badly damaged pants and half my blood, I logged off there and am gonna try my luck again tomorrow because now my character is cold

If it makes it easier download the app izurvive, it gives you both maps of DayZ and you can set markers to where u want to go from where you are and it will tell you how far it is, I guess it's kinda like cheating so if u want the full survival experience then I wouldn't download it
