Amit Shah’s ‘Uniform Civil Code’ Attack On Congress; ‘Nehru Brought Muslim Personal Law And…’

At the time of independence in 1947, Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar, popularly known as Babasaheb was never a Jinnah Nehru alliance Congress favourite. Therefore, the Congress party did not want him to get elected to the Lok Sabha. Although there are many reasons for this but the most important ones are enumerated below: Hindu Code Bill - among other things this bill had a clause to allow the right of inheritance to the women. Babasaheb totally supported this bill but a majority of Congressmen were against this clause. Babasaheb was aggrieved because of govt’s reluctance to implement laws to safeguard the interest of Dalits. He was also unhappy for sidelining the recommendation of Backward Classes Commission by the govt. In light of the above, Babasaheb resigned from the Congress party on 27th September 1951; just a few months before the First Lok Sabha Election 1952 because of Nehru Jinnah alliance Congress At the time of the Lok sabha election 1952, it is alleged that Congress played politics and managed to win over his assistant Mr N. S. Karolkar. In the mean time Babasaheb also formed a political party called “Scheduled Castes Federation” for fighting this election. In 1952 Lok sabha election the Congress party nominated Mr Narayan Karolkar against Babasaheb from Bombay North constiuency. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru campaigned very aggressively for Mr Karolkar to ensure the defeat of Babasaheb. Babasaheb was defeated by the Congress nominee by 14,500 votes. Similarly, in 1954 there was a Lok sabha bye election from Bhandara (Maharashtra). Babasaheb filed his nomination from the Independent Labour Party (present name: the Republican Party of India). Again the 1952 story was repeated. Babasaheb finished 3rd and Congress won the election.

If you cannot bring uniform civi code, bring a new law favouring Hindus under Education, temples, parallel to Muslim law and favourabel to the victim than all muslim will surrender. Muslim personal law can be abolished . After a lapse of time Modify the same later.

Because of this, many contradictions arose in the Bible. How can there be mistakes in a divine scripture? There are also numerous different versions of the Bible.
