Even if they are close friends, they still have to play their heart out against each other, just like efren n django before. There's no such thing as soft play coz that would be cheating, to intentionally miss a ball in hand just to make d other player win is not a sign of sportsmanship n it's bad for d game. Every needs to abide with rules

Thats okay, because its not the players job to do that. Its the referee's job. Every pro player knows not to do anything as long the cue ball is still moving. Why they still not know that? There were already plenty fouls in the past, they should start to learn from their mistakes. Suprisingly the pro players dont have a big brain sometimes.

Just let the players play and focus on the game. Strictly Don’t allow them to get balls out of the pocket if that would foul them and jeopardize them winning.

I agree the rule itself is stupid, BUT the rules say "not to touch a ball as long the cue ball is moving". Doesnt matter if the ball is on table or not. NO TOUCHING BALL. Why is it so hard to understand for those "pro players". Are they deaf or they cant read?
