Yep! It's one of his career's biggest hits. The scene in that movie where he greets thousand of people in the crowd when he arrives at the land was actually a real crowd who came to see him :) One more fascinating thing was, in the song 'Dai Dai Daama' he does a Veena Dance step. From 1993 rajini acted very massive mass subjects like basha.. Padiyappa. When Chiru got big flops and one year without movies and then acted family and soft stories till 2000.. Then he bounce back again with Indra and tagore.. By that time Rajini is unbeatable star.. Then again chiru did average content films till his political entry.. BALACHANDAR garu told about chiru that chiranjeevi can do both as rajini and kamal.. I am 97 born guy but I still remember folks getting mad at chiranjeevi sirs dance numbers in my childhood..he is the first guy who introduced break dance to South he got such revolutionary changes and yet he remains so down to earth...m sure if you question any upcoming South indian artist about his inspiration he would tell none other than chiranjeevi coz he came from an ordinary middle class family,made his own way, challenged all existing trends and created one unique trend...m especially glad for giving his brother powerstar paaam kalyan whom i am a devotee.. thanks chiranjeevi sir for everything
