Still the FDI is at the lowest in years. A lot more remain to do. MNCs prefer China or Vietnam anyday over India. Corruption is still rampant at lower levels. No modern urban centres to offer high quality life to experts, both foreign and Indian. And yet people are celebrating, for what?
