My uncle tricked my dying grandfather to sign a paper not knowing the paper gave him power of attorney. Then he used the POA to cut my mother and I out of the will and inheritance. There was nothing we could do because "grandpa signed the document, it's binding and legal." Yeah he did sign it, under the effects of a lot of painkillers and medicine, but he did sign it and that's what matters

Please go to a lawyer if u can get the medical records u might be able to claim that he wasn’t in the right capacity to be able to sign pain medications can make people confused in high doses and the nurse may state in her report how he wasn’t fully there get the medical records first if possible but you might not be able to because of your uncle ur grandpa would want u to at least try :)) (I work in the medical field so it’s very likely he wasn’t capable of signing)

For those who think America doesn't have free health care, it actually does. In America, hospitals bill patients, then the patients choose whether or not they pay the bill. Of course, most people think "it's a bill I have to pay it" but that's actually not the case. Hospitals can't legally attempt to get money from you other than handing you a bill after they give you the health care. Nothing will happen if you don't pay it. And actually, if you're paying for insurance, that's all they do, the hospital bills you, you give the insurance company the bill, then they choose not to pay it, then they tell the hospital they won't pay that. The hospital then cannot do anything. My mom had 1 of her kids in a hospital, the rest of her many kids were home births, that 1 kid was born early and spent a month in the ICU, the hospital billed my mom over $100000. She told the hospital that she couldn't pay it if she wanted to, then the hospital staff treated it like they do when insurance companies tell them they won't pay it, and the bill disappeared. Unfortunately it doesn't work like that if, for example, you get "health care" from not actual hospital health care providers, which many Americans do because of large $ amount hospital bills.

My great uncle he stole from my grandma lied disappeared came back. Did it again left the context he was a golden child. My grandma loved him dearly so she believed everything. He told her my aunts knew he was a liar, but grandma wouldn’t listen to them man he managed to put himself on grandmothers well after she wrote him out, promising to do better and after she died, he tried to take all of the inheritance, claiming it was rightfully his when when my aunts refused to give their he tried to sue them it backfired and now he lives in a trailer and still a dickhead

Ok once I was in like middle or high (can’t remember) and a kid made fun of my face (I have a birth mark) and called me the r word and I said stop but the next day he continued this went on for 2 weeks then said “why do you do this” he said cause you are stupid so I told a teacher and she said “he is just playing around” the next day I found my dog barking at jaxson (my bully) and he pointed to my dog and did the finger neck motion to MY DOG so I told my mom she got a BB gun (to scare him) and he ran we never let him out again but I went to school he tried to punch me o I hit him is his stomach (btw I have autism so if I get some spelling wrong don’t bully me) anyways then a teacher (David ) said don’t bully jaxson and separated ME from my bully then next day he broke into my house my mom was there so I pushed him and he fell then started crying and said “I got beaten by a retard” on REALLY I have a iq of 120 and at 13 could squat 135 pounds me and my mother told his parents and they gave him the beating of his life time I can still hear those screams to this day I am now 32 and living with my wife (lily) she is patient with me and we have 2 kids and jaxson somehow found my e mail and filled up my e mail saying that a am a p-u-s-s-y that day I lost it I called the cops and sued him and I won he had to go to jail for 1 year. Edit: I am okay now
