Plus, with the job being remote, they didn't have the huge gas expense and could save that much more money, and wouldn't be asleep when the mother is up, which allowed her to watch them and sabotage their sleep. I am so glad they got out.

On the third story: It sounds like if he does have money issues, it is something that needs to be addressed. I actually had that addiction and yeah it’s hard to break, but it can be done. Something I did was searched for games that were similar to the ones I was already playing but they were one time purchases. There’s a good amount of them and it’s a great way to support indie app/game developers. My personal favorite is Pocket City

story 1: OP's mother is absolutely terrible but the part that enraged me was the 'payback for raising me' part. I am fully aware of how much my parents sacrificed just to spoil me so I have no problem helping them out now that I have a good job. But no child EVER owes the parent a single thing for that parent making their own choice to have said child. You chose to bring me into this crappy world full of crappy people without my consent, you freaking deal with that all by yourself. I respect my parents because they deserve it, not because I owe it to them.

That first one is simple. Just stop paying her. It will take her a long time to legally kick you out since you paid rent and you can save up. Try to eke it out as long as possible though make excuses like you got paid late or their were unexpected things taken out of your check for taxes or something.

Wow, what an incredible video! I have to say, this content is truly top-notch and has left me thoroughly impressed. The level of detail and effort put into every aspect of this production is simply astounding. From the stunning visuals to the captivating narration, everything about this video is on point. Firstly, I want to commend the creators for their exceptional cinematography skills. The shots were beautifully composed, and the use of lighting and color grading was absolutely sublime. Each frame felt like a work of art, drawing me deeper into the story being told. Secondly, the editing of this video deserves a standing ovation. The seamless transitions, the perfectly timed cuts, and the overall pacing were all masterfully executed. It kept me engaged from start to finish, leaving me hungry for more. Now, let's talk about the content itself. The topic chosen for this video was both fascinating and educational. I found myself learning so much about a subject I had little prior knowledge about. The information was presented in a clear and concise manner, making it easy to follow along and understand. Moreover, the scriptwriting was exceptional. The dialogue was thought-provoking, and the narrative structure was well-crafted. It was evident that a lot of research and effort went into creating such a compelling storyline. Kudos to the writers for their creativity and attention to detail. Additionally, I have to commend the host of this video. Their charisma and enthusiasm were infectious, making the viewing experience all the more enjoyable. They had a natural ability to connect with the audience and keep us engaged throughout. I eagerly await their future videos. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to the entire production team behind this video. It takes a village to create something of this caliber, and it's clear that every member of the team contributed their expertise and passion to make this project a reality. Your hard work has truly paid off, and I can't wait to see what you have in store for us next. In conclusion, this video is a true masterpiece. It has set the bar high for content creators everywhere. Thank you for sharing your talent and passion with the world. I'll be eagerly awaiting your next upload. Keep up the fantastic work!

Story 4: How is "I bet all this loading makes you want to go to trade school" an insult? I mean, ok, it would be a stupid comment if OP was in trade school. Am I missing something? Or, did the OP just completely misunderstand a former tradesman talk about why he'd think the OP would like to go to a trade school, because you can make good money. Also, maybe the Narrator misspoke, but unless that's Celsius, 75 isn't hot. P.S Story 1: That's not entitled; that's simply incredibly manipulative, and abusive. There's a half decent chance the OP could take his "mother" to court.

It reminds me I bought a phone coz my first one was broken with my savings. I had to hide it away from my crazy mum who would take it or sell it. I got to college at that time, which was two hours away. One time I bunk off as a normal teenager would do sometimes. I am 18 not like I was younger. She found the phone cost me £130. She sold it for £50 and took the money. While screaming her head off of me bunking, she was forced to do it. I hid my laptop, I got it from the government.

Story 1- WHY are you paying $2,000 a month in rent?! That’s absolutely INSANE! I could see $500 a month maybe. But $2k a month is INSANE! Unless your living in a major City like LA or Manhattan where rent is $4-8k a month, most places $2k a month would be the cost for the entire rent/mortgage & most of the utilities. That’s INSANE. She’s the type to say “Well you still have to pay $500 a month in rent even if you don’t live here & your still required to do all your chores!” Like she’s just that bat shit crazy.

Story 1: SHow Mom is having OP stick to working a shitty night job he hates, payig $500 rent and the job takes up much of his gas, and he can barely scrape by, and she's mad about him wanting a different job. He sound more like a prisoner. I lived with my parents for bit after High School until we found a small rented house very close by (great so I can still see the family and our pets anytime I want, and close enough to ask parents for help.) Me and my win bro didn't pay rent, but we made up for it by doing most of th chores and helping with outside work when asked. I'd see we had a pretty fair deal. But OP's Mom is terrible to not let him find a better job. On top of that she also uses his things if she wants and eats his food. ANd he's barely scraping by. WHat the heck.

That last story... Not excusing the cheating, but it sure doesn't sound like she's upset with the fact that he cheated, but rather with the fact that she can't REJECT HIM FOR CHEATING the way the other cheating victim mentioned did. She doesn't want him back, she just wants him groveling and cannot understand why he isn't. Cause he knew he messed up and knows its unfixable, and maybe, just maybe, knows that all she wants is for him to beg so she can reject?

Okay in the story of the relationship one, there's something not being told here. The original poster is not telling something, there is something that happened to me between them that she is keeping to herself. Maybe she was bossy or aggressive.😊😊😊😊 As a male survivor of female aggressor domestic violence I know how to spot the red flags. The fact that he is just going to ghost her instead of at least talking things out and giving her clothes or is a huge red flag that said she did something

Ok so this is going to be the hot take, op in story one states that they RETURNED home which means that they were living somewhere else which means that honestly they should know that it's bs to pay $500 a week on top of everything else and they are just seaking attention and acknowledgement for doing what they already understand they needed to do from the beginning. I honestly am of the opinion that this mom hasn't done half the shit they are claiming because they sound intelligent enough to just say fuck off mom I'll live out of my car until I save up enough to rent my own place again because you don't own me. And since they didn't say this then everything is on them not the mom

Wait a minute- dude if you’re an adult she has no right to place these rules on you. My parents act similar with the “our house our rules” bs but in their case my brother and I are autistic adults in our 30’s and they force us to play cards every Friday and force us to study the word of God on Sundays and they force me to take sacrament even when I don’t feel like it (we are Mormon/LDS) and I’m nagged about housework, yelled at to not help people because I got my own problems, yelled at not to talk about my problems, interests or personal life, my mom has to approve my job location and Amy job I get or I get threatened with conservatorship for being autistic, I’m told to give up on my dreams and it’s her life not mine, and I don’t drive and can’t find a job due to past issues at previous jobs due to being discriminated against and I’m mocked on a daily basis, told I’ll never go anywhere in life and the family sides with my parents. My dad thankfully won’t let my mom place me under conservatorship but her family has threatened if my parents ever die they’ll lock up me and my brother in an asylum for being autistic and they told my mom we shouldn’t have been born. Our family psychologist has told my mom we don’t need conservatorship or a mental institution and that I’m not toxic I’m autistic. Now I did used to be toxic and yes I have meltdowns but I’m getting help from a psychiatrist and another therapist for that. They both said nothings wrong with me to need conservatorship or a mental hospital. Everyone in the family does think my mom is wrong to force us to study and play games however but they agree with my mom that autistic people are too stupid to make their own decisions or be on their own. When I graduated college I was told it was nothing to celebrate and it’s wrong I graduated because I’m autistic and every job I get they encourage me to fail and laugh about it. I’m working on getting away from them and thankfully my psychiatrist and psychologist have a plan in place to protect me if my crazy mom ever tries to illegally lock me away for no reason or if she ever tries to place me under conservatorship. So I understand what you’re going through. It’s hard dealing with entitled parents especially if you have mental illness because the parents will use mental hospital threats and conservatorship threats to control you. Thankfully in my state it is illegal to lock someone away unless there is proof they have hurt themselves or others and conservatorship can’t be granted unless there’s proof you can’t care for yourself so I’ll be ok but yeah entitled parents are the worst.
