sir, good morning. strengthing MSME is one aspect to remove unemployment and improve purchasing power of people. In addition to this,permanent solution to remove so many problems, is that, we have to construct Kaleswaram (Telangana) type projects I.e.a big canal has to dig from river Brahmaputra at the edge point of Himalaya to river Yamuna combining small rivers in between them .further the same canal may be extended upto river Kaveri combining rivers ,Tapi and river Narmada ,Godavari,in between them. Yes there is a time lag between anuranchal Pradesh and Gujarat of about 2 hrs as there is longitudinal gap between Gujarat and anuranchal Pradesh of 30° . Moreover 1°=4 min ;4×30=120min which is equal to 2 hrs
