I would like to correct you : lithosphere is combination of crust and uppermost mantle , and asthenosphere is made up of upper mantle so it will be better if you distinguish between upper most mantle and upper mantle in the figure explaining earth’s interior

Quartz is a very common and important mineral contained in almost every rock that you see. Sometimes its crystals are large, sometimes they are so small that you cannot see it with your eyes.
