Yes, any NAP mention is a citation but it's benefit depends upon the EAT score of the source. Is the website providing citation expert in your niche? Is it authority site? And is it trustworthy? These three factors will decide how much a citation is beneficial. IMO 100 of anything whether its citation or backlink does more harm than benefit.

Hi Rakshit. I can't see how an article can be used in GMB post. Both are very different in required style. You won't get any action taken against your listing for doing this but you might confuse your listing's visitors with this.

Description can be same across multiple citations as long as they are relevant. Imagine you are creating citations for a dental clinic on a website that's focusing only on invisible braces then it makes sense to emphasize more on your clinic's invisible braces services rather than other procedures like root canal and so on.

Client ko firm ho kar kahiye ki agar apko SEO aata to apne khud kar liya hota. mujhe jis kam ke liye hire kiya hai wo karne do bhai. Now your question, GMB ke liye citations jaruri hoti hai. Backlinks aap unki website ke liye bana sakte hai jo GMB listing ko tab fayda degi jab wo listing se sahi tareeke se connected hogi. 1) that can be a problem in long term but not because of gmail ID or IP address, I will explain this in a video very soon. 2) According to Google's 3P policies (3rd Party Policies), you have to handover a client's GMB listing to him/her within a week of asking and you have to make your payment and technical arrangements to make it possible. In practice, GMB's address shouldn't be changed before 3 months. And you shouldn't do it very often.

Yes, SAB listing (Service Area Business Listing) does get good business from Google but obviously the strategy has to be little different and you will have to put in more work. You can change a physical location to Service area business by using "Clear address" link in the business listing's address field (from GMB Dashboard) and adding suitable service area.
