Excellent. The same honey soaked amla morobba is available in the market at 300/400 rs. We can make this at home at a lesser cost

You can keep in room temperature...refrigeration is not required as honey itself is a preservative

We are only steaming amla for few mins which is beneficial in retaining vit c or other important nutrients...boiling amlas for longer time rips off the vit c

Amla should be dry completely before adding it to honey..if there is mositure in amla then it will get spoiled

Even if there is a drop of water in bottle or in amla ,then it will be a flop ,you will get fungus only...amla and bottle should be dry before dropping in the honey

Did u dry the amla pieces completely??? It would have released the water in honey...in some days it will get spoiled ..store in fridge and finish off in few days...
