I was thinking about melting the chocolate and butter in plastic bowl and here comes Amma, she was so right about plastic bowl on the sauce pan. Use the steel bowl next time or ceramic bowl

Makhan was the easiest and you all went with ghee (ghayo)!!!😅 and Amma is right for saying not to use plastic bowl over the heat. Always use stainless steel bowl for double boiler.
