Translating from 44:00-49:00 from when the English annotations disappeared. I have tried to my level best, please pardon if there are any mistakes. In present and even in older times, the voice and influence of a Sanyasi is profound. This influence of the ‘sanyasi’ community (or spiritual community) on the happening in society would only increase with time. This is because the whole world and its societies are aspiring for a change. This is in the form of materialism with a spiritual presence. This is also an age of misery. People are striving for a peace of mind. They do not get it from family, from work, from politics, from business or from the cultural field. Everything and everyone is steeped in partisan views and political ideologies. This is the reason, people like Amma and other spiritual beings would have a big influence going forward. Even if one wishes, nobody can stop it since it is the decision of Nature. Amma used to say that we are fighting against Nature, for Nature we are just like earthworms and we are forgetting that. Spiritual gurus like Amma are here to remind us of this fact. Sanyasis and brahmacharyas are followers of the same tradition. Hence, it is the need of the hour. Every nation has its vibe just like every being has a vibe even if these are not expressed in words, one can sense that. India’s nature/vibe has been its rich spiritual heritage or the heritage of Rishis. But since the collective consciousness and people here are working against it, Nature would bring out its corrective mechanism till the time we go back to our roots. Till then there would be a revolt by nature. Hence there is significance for this event. In all around 300 people were given dikshas.
