"just going to hang around hair" hahahaha!!!!!! for some reason that is soo funny, it works! nice show :)
@MayRamK0412 жыл бұрын
maybe to most of you, its exaggerating. if that were to happen to me, i'll be screaming maybe as loud or louder than rayyan. the fact that subconsciously & clearly, they have feelings for one another justifies the scene. I laugh my hearts out.

Are Muslim imams allowed to get married? Aren’t they like priests? They have to stay chaste?
@sarahrostom81112 жыл бұрын
Hi Chris! Imams are totally allowed to get married - marriage is strongly encouraged for all in Islam :)

Well with my story, it was like this. There was a huge camp were all the houses loooked similair. But there were three houses that were exactly alike next to one another, except for the numbers. So I go in one house its my family friends, there wasnt much problem there. then i get out and try to find my house and end up in a house with two teenagers that have there scarfs off. They are looking at me like I am doing something wrong. And I was confused. I am like (in my head) who are these women.

@ImyManz99 If you are familiar with the structure of Sitcoms, people regardless of background are behaving and are placed in over the top situations. Things that happen in a normal basis to real people, gets amplified to sillyness. But then the intent of LMOTP is to familiarize the audience with aspects of Muslim culture through comedy. Keep in mind that this is NOT an educational documentary program... its comedy!

@CaligirlSofia you know how is art, there is always the exaggeration element. But it's true, I had almost the same situation, but it was in my grandpa's house and my cousin wanted to enter the room yet I was there unveiled so I was trapped and he was prevented from entering, so he took his Kufiah / (head wear) and handed it to me through the door & I put it on then left the room hastily. it was Hilarious. and no we didn't marry :p

I get out of the house and notice that they wear hijabs thats why i didnt notice them. Yeb finally i spot my house and look carefully at the numbers
@lightbult11 жыл бұрын
yes. but for someone who does wear it in public it is a very big deal. if i guy sees a girl without her hijab the feeling is the same as if he walked in on her changing. even if when you look at it its just hair.

wow. . .they don't really wear their scarves properly here in south africa any way, well: most girls. . . .so if that were to happen with a girl who normally doesn't uncover her hair. . .the guy would just probably have to look away. . .no big deal. . . .cos that happened to me. . .a few times
@sha6ar6oon14 жыл бұрын
too much screaming ,, if i were her ill just go away without saying anything,, or screaming lol

I'm Muslim and this show is exaggerating alot. It's not that big of a deal if you see a fellow Muslim woman not wearing a hijab, especially in her own house. I know plenty of Muslim woman who don't wear the hijab in public its mostly for the musjid.
@CaligirlSofia13 жыл бұрын
@lovesswyerNkate are you serious? lol im a muslim girl and i think this is exaggerated
@unknown0072413 жыл бұрын
@ImyManz99 First of all, I'm 21 (not that age matters here) and if you don't wear one you don't know what it's like so please be quiet. It's a commitment that a woman makes to her religion and it means a lot to them, there is no-way I can explain it more simply. Clearly you don't know what it's like to be a Muslim woman who is dedicated to her religion.

Yours is not a funny story, its serious. Good thing you managed to leave in time. If you boys are reading this comment or even if you dont, repent for what you have done
