it seems to me that they don't understand that Paavo Jårvi's advices are not friend's talks!! But precious advices from a real conductor (!) to students, only students: because it's clear that they have a long, long long road ahead....

The candidates and Paavo Järvi didn't know eachother beforehand. These candidates won their spot for the masterclass out of hundreds of applications.

these young candidates look relaxed and "cool" also with Maestro Jårvi.... but in reality they show that they are extremely immature musically and this orchestra,so excellen, is really wasted
