Chasing off rodents and snakes under our storage shed and modular home at our hunting camp is a constant battle. We are not there full time, so the critters have a chance to make a nice home under each of those structures while we're not around. We try to evacuate the space under them by spraying an ammonia solution and placing jars of ammonia in the space under the house. We then use a combination of methods to plug up their access holes under the shed. These are ambitious critters so it's no guarantee that it will work. However, we'll try some things and see how they worked next time we visit the camp. If you try this, be sure to use recommended precautions when handling the ammonia. Keep it away from children and pets.
