These c63's with the 6.3L V8 will become extremely valuable in the near future, beautiful car

fully agreed! (even though it's "only" 6.2 liters since even this was a misnomer for historic reasons.) but yes, any meaningfully powerful naturally aspirated engine will be in high demand rather soon since they already died out due to stupid regulations. only through* diversification of technology, you have a real chance to identify the actually best one-not by politicians more or less arbitrarily selecting one.

@@HxTurtle Well, at least several other German manufacturers use the same logic, like the BMW e39 M5, which states a 5 litre engine when it's actually a 4,9 litre displacement and the road tax used to be based on every starting 100cc of displacement in several european counties, including Germany. I didn't make this up, I read it from somewhere years ago but I guess we would need to ask the engineers at AMG why the engine they created was a 6.2 rather than 6.3

It might be difficult to understand why a clean car needs detailing, because most of us could never afford a 200 000 dollars car. But if I had a car like this one, of course I would want it to look absolutely perfect. Or as you say, Larry, 98 percent perfect. Amazing job on this one, especially noticing all the parts, like rubber glue, swirls etc. that needed to be removed.

Can't wait to see the detailing of the Syclone!!! So lucky to see one in person Larry!!! It was the world’s quickest pickup truck. Its 0-60 mph time sat between 4.3 seconds on a good day, to 4.6 seconds on a bad one. In the early 90s, if you were behind the wheel of a Syclone, that meant you were quicker than a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. And if you came across a Ferrari 348, you’d smoke it too. And they just announced the return of the GMC Syclone for 2023. Hopefully you also get to detail its brother someday. The GMC Typhoon.

I love this content. I started detailing as a form of therapy from my career as a paramedic. I learned the basics from this channel and a lot of trial and error; I have now managed to create my own business. It has been a slaug, but detailing cars brought back a sense of accomplishment I have been missing from my other career. This has been one of the biggest saving graces of my life. I would love the opportunity to come down to NYC, see your shop and maybe absorb some of the knowledge you have to make my business more successful.

It's gonna be a long comment about cleaning floor mats. It this video they are clean enough but I watch your channel for years and I wanted to share cleaning tip which I learned from my previous job. I was in detailing industry for nearly 10 years, at some stage I was working for a guy who had carpet cleaning as second business. The method he used was really amazing for car floor mats. Before applying any moisture to the floor mat he gave it quick vacuum clean and then flips the mat upside down and gives it a lot of vibrations. On big house carpets he used special carpet beater machine but for car floor mat, tornador is really good or just manual beating on the back of the mat. Using this method repeatedly removes way more debris than normal vacuum cleaning or tornador on the top of the floor mat. I was shocked how much dirt was hidden in the deep fibers of the mat. After vibrating the floor mat upside-down, you flip it back, do another vacuum clean and then get to wet cleaning. That metod prevents from keeping the dirt at the deepest layers of the mat and makes for a much better clean and removal of bad smell. I would love if you would do a video comparing the metod which is most common, it is as you do it and the metod of dry dirt removing by vibrations.

Hey Larry - On the topic of what to use on the wheel hubs to keep corrosion at bay and make it easier to remove in the future, I still stand by a light coat of copper anti seize. I do what you showed by cleaning it well of any existing corrosion, and then it's just a nice thin layer with the included brush on the hub and you'll never have issues. I've tried wiping some on with one of those blue shop towels (the roll like paper towels) on the brake rotor where the wheel sits, but I honestly don't think it does much. You don't want to leave an appreciable coating on the rotor, so I'd say just do the hub. The nice thing is that a bottle of antisieze is not expensive and will last for a decade or more used like this. Cheap, easy, and super effective. My kind of deal. 😀

The 2008-2012 C63 AMG design is probably the best C63 design in my opinion. And to top it off, it's the last design with a true NA 6.2/6.3L engine, staying true to its name. The engine is also super reliable. My brother had a 2008 C63 and drove it daily, never had any issues with it for the years he owned it, up until a truck backed into his car and totaled it. That was a sad day... 😢
