The Eminence in Shadow RPG or Master of Garden is a game adaptation of the popular franchise "The Eminence in Shadow" which is a must-read for the fans of the franchise.
This game features new content only available in the game like the character stories, Event Stories and seven chronicles which is a good read for fans. It also has Main Story content where it depicts everything from the anime with additional info from the light novel of the series.
The Season 2 of Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute or The Eminence in Shadow is now airing every wednesday. The new season will feature new characters and villains alike Yukime, Elizabeth Juggernaut, Victoria or 559, 664, 665, John Smith, Mordred, Marie, Claudia and many more.
Cid or Shadow, Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, Zeta, and Eta will still be in the show.
While it will focus on characters like Claire, Aurora, Rose and Yukime for this season. The first season characters might have low appearance like Alexia, Iris, Sherry, Beatrix, Annerose, Nu and the others.

Though remembering the skills you have and how you can use them it's a big part of being proficient with them. You can't strategize if you don't even know what you're capable of.

*What I think each Shade showcased to the amnesiac Cid:* Beta showed her perverted side. Epsilon was cute and jealous. Zeta was diligent and flirty. Delta was chaotic and earnest. Eta was obsessive and sus. Gamma was shy and clumsy. Alpha held it together, did what was best for the Garden and made the most geniunely appeal to who he is. She is right, Cid in her eyes is humble, selfless and discrete. In hindsight, Goldy acts as a dark mirror to Cid, a chuuni too far gone to meaningfully continue getting stronger or have comrades. But there is enough of a chuuni spirit for them to bond and jog Cid's memories, which can act as a catalyst for him to grow past this rut. Overall, a really nice way to start his character arc.

@@hafirenggayuda A few of them were more aggressive, Zeta was more diligent than usual, Beta more explicit, Epsilon was leaning in hard on their rivalry, Gamma actually spoke her feelings. Eta was being her normal self, so was Delta. Alpha was the biggest outlier, she immediately focused on the Garden's wellbeing and took the longest to make a move, but her heartfelt speech was exactly what he needed. All of them tried, but I think Alpha was the most selfless and empathetic of them all.

It was funny to see the blonde swordsman saying a different name on 4 occasions just because he didn't remember Cid's name and also that he did 0 damage to Alpha and Delta in that fight 😅. On the other hand, the voice actors/ actresses in the anime as well as in the game are doing a great job in terms of interpretation of the characters' roles.

She knew what he needed. Another interesting thing is that Alpha practices what she preaches. She was in the background the majority of the time, worked to do what is best for the Garden and Cid, only used her sword for self defense and to help Cid, she also never boasted of her power. She understands him best and walks the same path besides him. She was, by far, the one who acted in the most selfless manner in this scenario.

It's a gacha game so I don't think it is canon, though the LN does tell us a little of what Cid thinks. Which comes in the form of when he was asking out Alexia, he made a mental note of the fact that he prefers women with a bit of ugly because he is always surrounded by beautiful women, this was mainly to show that Cid isn't actually really interested in Alexia or for that matter any of the girls. He's probably straight, just too chunni to ever worry about that stuff.
