Amon is my spirit animal. I also love that he’s using Cubase, if that’s still his thing. People may not realize how great he is with creating and using organic-sounding samples, but it’s a discipline that requires so much skill before you can begin tapping into emotion the way he does. Everything feels so natural and smooth when hearing one of his productions, but it’s the deception of simplicity that makes it so amazing.
