Thank you so much for dedicating your time to this project, for giving so much love to some of the most underrated music that Mario has to offer. This is one of my favorite tracks from the game because it feels so plucky and fun, and this remix is just FANTASTIC!!

I always get excited when a new one of these comes out and I continue to be impressed by this project. The samples and mixing/mastering are always rich while also still remaining pretty faithful , on-point with how I would expect a real remake to be - with just the right amount of liberties taken (mm, that reverb is good and fits the mood of this track and the area so well), avoiding making too many random instrument or arrangement changes like some official M&L remake tracks do. You have a real attention to detail that makes these really enjoyable and convincing. Maybe it's not quite perfect, but where the line should be drawn is kind of hard to pin down since a remade track necessarily has to deviate a little from the original in order to sound good with the higher-fidelity instruments. The mood might actually fit better with this slightly darker mix, even if not as directly faithful, given the difference in art style the post-DT games took on. I dunno, there's just a lot to consider with this type of stuff and you seem to have a good sense of balance. Sorry for being so verbose and basically kissing your ass, but there's not a whole not negative I could say about these remakes, they blow all other PiT fan remake attempts out of the water and you're clearly skilled. "Toadsworth" must just have a lot of experience making sick beats in his free time, and that's why Nintendo started excluding him from most Mario games, afraid of his power.

the biggest problem with partners in time is that the areas are so cool yet they very small and very underdesigned thats i hoped for a remake that expands the areas but i guess it was never meant to be great remix

nah most of them are defiantly very small, its just that the game took a linear approach so small areas take way longer time to get through@@TropicalFoggg
