A good strategy for imposter is to hang out on the right or left extremes, wait until there are a couple people near you, set off an emergency on the other side of the map (either reactor or O2, whichever is farther) and then kill one of the stragglers. Usually somebody is a little bit behind the others. Then, deal with the emergency yourself and try and follow people back so you can say you were there when they find the body to avoid suspicion. This works because the emergency will drive people away from the body, and then you start gaining trust until the body eventually gets discovered.

I've heard that for one set of rounds/one 'room' of players, there's something in the programming that makes the imposter tend to always be the same people. So I'd assume perhaps recreating the room once in a while could help not always be crewmate 🤔

"How am I gonna kill 4 people?" Funny thing about that. I was in the same situation, partner voted off and 4 crewmembers left. I managed to kill one, when the body was everyone decided it was too risky to not vote and another crewmate was ejected, then immediately after the meeting (when trying to shut doors), I accidentally sabotaged the reactor instead, and to appear innocent, I ran over with another crewmate to fix it. After it was fixed, I was preparing to kill the guy that ran over with me (I only needed the last kill to win) and accidentally clicked the vent button while running back down trying to open the sabotage screen so I could lock him in the room with me. He somehow didn't notice me venting, and almost immediately the other crew member called an emergency meeting, and the guy that was in reactor with me believed I was innocent because of reactor and we voted the other guy off, getting me the win. My mistakes were mainly due to that being my first day playing the game, so I didn't know the little shortcut keys yet (like E and tab) and kept using my mouse to do everything that wasn't movement.
