Welcome to Among Us! It's a simple deception game. As crewmates, we have to complete a set of tasks before the impostors can win. The impostors must sabotage and take out crew mates in order to stop them from completing their tasks. No communication is allowed during the actual rounds. Once a body has been discovered or an emergency meeting is called, we can discuss our accounts of what happened. Then we try to vote the likely impostors off the ship. This game is SO MUCH FUN. A variation you could do on the 3 word game is to say 3 words for each dead body in total. Round 1 = 1 dead + 9 alive = 3 words Round 2 = 3 dead + 7 alive = 9 words Round x = 7 dead + 3 alive = 21 words The conversations get longer and more detailed the closer the crew are to losing. It gives them a greater chance of working things out.

You guys should do a game where you have to do as your name says, or talk as your name says. Names like agree, disagree, chaos, lies, truth.. etc. So if your name is agree, you have to agree with everything, or if your name is lies you can’t tell the truth at all, or for chaos you have to cause as much as possible. Not sure if I got the idea across great, but I think it could be really entertaining for both players and viewers! All of my name ideas would be directions, truth, agree, chaos, accusations, lies, disagree, adjectives, annoying, rooms, and confusion. Edit: I’m adding what @EStramel09 said, the rules don’t apply to the imposter. So they would have to blend into both the crew mates, and pretending to act as their name says!

you know what kind of twist would be fun? if everyone would speak in different languages. or, at least half would speak in different languages and the rest english (since it would be their native tongue). i did that with few of my friends (3 nat. english. speakers, the rest: finnish, sami, swedish, german, spanish, russian and japanese). of course, since all of us know english, we knew what they[eng. only speakers] were saying-- while eng. only speakers knew the least, but the one who spoke in swedish knew the most since they knew swedish, english and spanish. it was a clusterfuck since so much was lost in translation (room names and people's names could be understood by most, but miscommunication was a BIG part in crewmates getting things wrong) but man it was fun.

For the hide and seek mode, either the imposter should fix coms when there are two living people left, or you should fix it when there are three left so you actually have a chance to win in case the imposter camps coms. Or make a rule about camping coms.

This reminds me of the game, Poetry for Neanderthals. That game is like catch phrase but you can only use one-syllable words to get your teammates to guess the word/phrase. If you use a multi-syllable word, then you get hit with a big inflatable club. Makes for some fuuuuun family game nights.

Maybe whoever finds the body asks one person a question and then they can ask another person a question, but you can't ask a previous person and everyone must be asked a question. The last person would then ask whoever called the meeting.

There should be a mix between Discord and Crewlink for games like this, so everyone can hear each other globally but when you die, ghosts can hear each other and the people left alive but the people who are alive can't hear ghosts. Or maybe just the killer and the person they're chasing unmute, but that's probably better on a slower movement speed.

You should test comms with a throw away game. Pick someone to not finish tasks and leave one. Everyone else finishes and when there is only the one last task the imposter sabotages comms. After comms they finish the one task and see if that ends it or not.

One time I got imposter like 5 times in a row while playing with friends(kept the same lobby), we had to change lobbies to get back to the game selecting randomly.

There are tasks you have to have comms up for, like uploads downloads, restarting the router, etc If comms are down you can't do those tasks until you are dead. HOWEVER if those tasks are done, and comms is down you can still finish the game. Hopefully Ze sees this.

we tried playing lights out hide and seek on mira HQ, and discovered you have to fix the lights if you want to do upload, because the use button won't register the task unless you are in front of lights, and trying to use it then brings up the light fix panel. so i'll buy that comms messes with tasks that way

I just went into the game in freeplay, went to the polus map, did all but one task, went imposter to sabotage comms before returning to crewmate, and finished the last task. The game did not give the "normally the crewmates would have won" message until after I restored comms, so don't think that you can win with comms sabotaged.
