As a viscera veteran, lemme just put it this way for the uninitiated: it’s for ppl who think PWS it too casual and wants something 10 times more hardcore. And in reality, it’s about 20x more hardcore. Those bullet casings will haunt you for the day. You WILL be traumatized by bullet casings. Especially when physics fucks up because you moved the junk box too fast and ejects a few magdump’s worth of post-mortem debris to the floor. That you just mopped up.

this game raised me. i remember watching a bunch of youtubers play this in like 2016. when i saw the thumb nail it gave me such a good feeling of nostalgia. it made me think of watching this on spring days after middle school, and now i’m going to college in a few months. it’s just so crazy to look back on the things you once took for granted that you thought would just always be there. a part of me wants to go back to those days but i’m also excited for the future. so thank you for bringing this game back and reminding me of all of the great memories i’ve made and some of the ones i forgot. :)

There are and have always been exactly two kinds of VCD players in a co-op setting: there's the player who has a system, is going room by room, garbage type by garbage type, planning out their path...and then there's the player who comes in, tracks footprints, tips over the bucket, and demands the other player's attention just to then throw a severed arm at them and go "WANT A HAND??" I know this because I am unfortunately the latter and it haunts me.
