Pro tip with Noisemaker, if you suspect someone of self-reporting a lot, then try to get yourself killed by them. If they kill you and immediately self report, they’ll essentially out themselves as there’s no gap in between your death and the report, meaning they can’t say they found you dead.

I’ve saved the crew on airship I tracked the impostor and he was chasing me. I called a meeting and we won. I’ve also done a tactic where you’re on cams if you see two people chilling in a room, get off the cameras for a second, then get back on and there’s a body. Sus.

This one time in Polus the impostor sabotaged reactors on 4 and tried to do a sneaky kill on me because i fixed the other side, however i was the noisemaker so it alerted the other 2 and it was GG for the impostor. Definitely a game saver in situations like these lol

Here's a tip to stop trackers: only kill when you are on the exact same spot as someone, so it looks like you are walking normally. Tip to beat this as tracker: closely follow your sus and see if they have killed, if there is a dead body in the path they went through then there's like a 99% chance it's the sus

for the first tip on tracker, it's more likely that someone stopped moving to do a task rather than got killed in fact, if the person you're tracking DOESN'T stop moving, there's a good chance they're an impostor (and if they stop at a location where you know there's a utility there (admin map, cams, etc.), that doesn't mean you can clear them since impostors can use these too)

Another tip with phantom: Never vanish on the walls as there is a change people from the other side can see ur smoke colour and find out that u are phantom and u have vanished and will report you out.

Here is my phantom tip: most vanish cooldowns are 5 sec, so dont use phantom just to escape, use it to find people you want to kill, follow them (this works best in skeld map) close the doors and kill them, you will have time to vanish again or went away, if you cant do both of those just turn off lights and try to dodge people, also if you do get to vanish again try putting yourself in place where you will look like it was imposible that you killed, phantom is realy good(if not even better then ss) if you know how to use it, its best imp role to make yourself hc.

Another tip with phantom, if you are playing in the same game as other people in the physical room with you, or on a call with you, make sure your game sound is either off or in headphones. The sound effect for turning invisible is quite loud.

i actually had role ideas in 2022 back then, here: New idea role: *INTERCEPTOR* (Levelled-up Impostor) -If someone reports a body that the interceptor has kiled, it will call a _sabotage meeting._ -Sabotage meetings have anonymous voting, with only 30secs discussion time, and no indicator who reported the body. -It will be best if during the sabotage meeting, the lights are blinking red. ~~~ _New Mod Idea:_ *SWITCH* (Who keeps flipping switches?) -In this, the sheriff, jester, doctor, terminator, and detective are involved. -There will be 1 (if you want), or 2 impostors in which they do not know each other. -Everytime the impostor kills someone, the roles will be switched randomly to every player. -This will cause the ship to be chaotic everytime the impostor finishes someone. I hope this will be noticed. _(if there are any flaws regarding this idea, feel free to tell me in the replies. thankyou!)_ ~~~ New role idea: *MEDIC* (Specialized Crewmate) -Medic is a crewmate who can revive a fellow crewmate's dead body. -The Medic drags the body into medbay for revival. -The revived crewmate could not speak the entire game after he was revived. -The revival cooldown of the medic is 1min. ~~~ _New Role Idea:_ *ALARM* (Loud & Tracker Crewmate) -If this crewmate was killed, he will make a loud sound alarm for 10 seconds after 5 seconds of dying. -Also the dead body will spill a blood circle on the floor leaving a footprint traces that the impostor has left that will last for 4secs. -This role will make the impostors to react how quickly they can get out of this crime. ~~~ so glad they incorporated my ALARM idea into a NOISEMAKER. ^_^

Noisemaker is very interesting for mind games. Real Noismakers probably want to stay near but not WITH others, to get killed and get the killer caught. That or somewhere risky but useful, like camping cams/admin/door logs. If an imp wants to kill you there but doesn't call comms first, those are quick and easy places for others to check. Other crewmates and even impostors may want to fake claim Noisemaker. Impostors so they can say later that they are alive because imps are too afraid to kill them. Crewmates so they can make impostors afraid to kill them (i.e. a Tracker false claiming Noismaker early then revealing that they were actually tracking people and caught a killer.) For the crewmates though, beware. All impostors need to do to silence you (or target someone who claimed Noisemaker) is call comms sabotage before killing. No one will hear you squeak.

I discovered that as a tracker, if you track a shapeshifter who is shifted as another player, the icon on the minimap will be the colour of the actual player, not the player they are shifted as. I once put a tracker on a player who was grey for them to appear white on the minimap. I mentioned this in an emergency meeting and they ended up voting me out instead

I think a cool tactic would be to track the player shifted as you and then wait until the eh detransform and then go find them with the minimal and see who they are

When the noisemaker dies, you can quickly discard the ones that were close to you when the body is reported, this way you can take out the one you think is if luckily there were only 2 that were not with anyone

If I were noisemaker I'd try to follow someone who's not in the group in order to make it harder for the imp to self-report, as well as making it herd for an imp to run away from killing me if there's only one way out. Tracker is gonna be my favorite crewmate role, as it basically gives me a version of the Admin Table (the one that tracks people’s locations but doesn’t show color), which is my most favorite way to deduce who the impostors are.

Just a tip, phantom's got animation played when they're going to be invisible, and their animation color depends on the player's color, so if u spot a phantom animation, remember the color of the animation

TIP: Tracker role can be counter by sabotaging "Communication" it will make tracker immediately untrack someone and unable to use ability until Communication is fixed.

One way to use noise-maker is to let everyone know where you were last seen and with whom, so when you get killed (as the imposter doesn't know you were the noise maker) everyone will go to see who died and know who it was, because you and they were there It is a bit complicated but you get the idea

Idea for another role for the killer The Reaper Have the ability to make no noise when killing and the body will not be visible for 5 seconds after the kill After the 5 seconds the body will be visible and the normal kill noise will play out These are two seperate buttons from the normal kill one and has a cooldown as the host you can reduce the cooldown but only up to 10 deconds the default timer being 40 That's it
