I think it would be better if the crew get three losses then they get a final vote. You can vote someone out before, but you get the extra match to see what happens. Otherwise, the traitor would just walk off the map on the match after the 2nd loss, and not even have to try. Especially if they play on the last strike.

The rules are a bit confusing. Which gave me an idea to simply things. Town votes for mafia after the 3rd lose, if guessed wrong mafia wins, if guessed right town wins. Town also as an alternative win condition of achieving 3 wins before getting 3 loses instead as well.
