what a great game! obv there were some issues regarding the sus on koji, but overall dk played this SO well considering how confused everyone was! i watch koji a lot so i’m going to be kind of biased when talking about this, but to me it was so obvious that he misspoke and the fact he was voted out SO fast by every single person left with well over a minute left in the meeting to discuss was kind of disheartening, especially considering his track record with people so easily voting him out. it’s unfortunate people dont necessarily bat an eye when voting out koji like they do with others, however i will say it makes for some pretty great jester games ;)

@@seasalticecream The issue was that Hafu was sussing Koji since round 1 while giving no information because all of her sus was since comms was being called... This threw Koji off completely and made him suspect Hafu since in his eyes she is blindly sussing him making her seem like an imposter. To further feed into it he was really thrown off by the fact that Hafu wasn't voted out even though she was revealed as medic. All of this together was making him second guess himself on DK being imposter, so in reality if Hafu just didn't meta sus blindly over something so small as just calling comms twice, the game would have likely ended in a sheriff win with Koji killing DK. Now the claiming he voted DK was an obvious mistake from the viewers perspective since you can hear him talk about how he thinks DK is the imposter during the rounds so totally understandable to make a mess up but also fair that it caused the other crew to vote him. I honestly think he played a fairly impressive game with deducing that it's probably DK with the fact that he was hard meta sussed by Hafu. He wasn't at all thrown off on Kimi being imposter like everyone else in the lobby seemed to be.

5up should have outed Hafu's role way earlier. He seemed to forget that his wincon depended on Hafu dieing and played way too crew. Instead of doing the bullshit story about catching Ovilee venting he should just have told the truth immediately so that Ovilee could assassinate Hafu. Ovilee knows 5up was shielded so should in theory be able to deduce that Hafu is the medic. However, in practice, Ovilee lacks the skills to reach that conclusion so needed some help, which 5up should have provided, under the justification of "OK so you guys don't want to vote Ovilee; here's exactly WHY you should vote her)

@@AmongUsAcademy TBH looking back, the problem is mostly from Ovilee. I don't understand how she didn't guess Hafu as medic immediately. From her perspective she dicovers 5up is shielded. From that point onwards, you should expect a hard accuse coming from the medic as soon as 5up describes his pathing, so the natural response is to be on high alert for the medic during the meeting, with the hope of assassinating them before the hard accuse comes your way. In this case she failed to pre-ept Hafu (ok fine, to be fair it would have been very hard to pull off, so failing that is understandeable). But then what makes no sense is why after Hafu hard-accuses does she not realise that Hafu is medic? It's incredibly simple logic: "the medic is going to hard accuse me" + "no other role can reasonably hard accuse me" + "Hafu is hard accusing me" => "Hafu is medic" ... I'm baffled as to what was going through Ovilee's head to make her fail her assassination.

Like they both played their roles correctly this game, I think if I was 5up and Hafu went "it's Ovilee" when she did, I would've said "It's 1 for 1, so it's fine. Hafu is my medic and Ovilee is a killer" to hopefully expedite Hafu's death without it being obvious that he was HOPING she'd get assasinated. Other than that, there's nothing they could've done better from the moment Hafu chose to shield 5up. 😂

@@6thAngel she literally doesn't allow meta. she will complain for an hour after the game, until everyone apologises. it feels like they are all kept in captivity every time they start apologizing lmfao and yh sherlock i was generalising, she didn't break every single rule herself. btw she forbid cams first round on polus because steve was having too much fun with it. it is forbidden to make entertaining content of any sort in which she is not in the centre of attention. she literally unmuted from the dead couple of weeks ago just to completely redirect the way in which game was going, because people wanted to give new player a chance to try guessing a role for the first time. she wasn't the centre of attention, and she's a narcissist, so she had to stop it. if you don't see it, you are not watching long enough. ;)

Honestly, this was a very hot and cold episode. The steve and dumbdog sheriff at the start was great, the 1v9 was great, and the hafu 5up coop into rivalry was amazing. But the rest was so horrible. Hafu meta sussing comms yet again, even though that seems to be inaccurate 90% of the time and is incredibly unfun. People tunnelling on Koji for a simple misspeak. And worst of all was DK acting dumb so hard in the first few meetings. You'd have to think listening to him that he'd never played a game of modded in his life before. Asking what kind of roles could out Ovilee like that, asking what role 5up was, asking how 5up died, and yet somehow despite him being an incredibly intelligent player as shown by him winning this, he is never called out on what is him blantantly acting dumb to throw off suspicion and gain extra role info. Also his little chats/gloats to dead people after the rounds are just kinda cringe. Some of the deafen war stuff I find quite funny, but this was just dumb, because he was gaining info about the game from them. And most meetings were also just painful in general. No one was clearly stating any of their information, and about 15 seconds into each meeting they just all turned into shouting contests. I know these lobbies have really moved away from trying to be 'sweaty' and more to having fun, which I think is great, but those meetings weren't fun, they were just dumb. The first and last meetings were good, as they were more clearly about the information, and didn't really become yelling contests
