I liked their song Circle - Shades of Grey, but the Sun sets in the West, not in the East. In and around the 44th second of that song, it seems to me they totally got their cardinal directions wrong. Silly as this might be, I hope they make a corrected version of the song.

nun bizz Hey. I could go on and on about the premise this album has. I just read the book which came out last year. The man who wrote the lyrics is quite eccentric and wanted to have a metaphysical and paradoxical approach if I understood correctly. He wanted to make an "amorphis"- like story instead of directly from Kalevala. I cant quite translate my point in english but I personally feel like they didnt make a mistake there:) Cant know for sure though

Hmm. Well that is interesting. As you say, perhaps I don't quite understand your point, but I appreciate you taking the time to explain to me that there in fact was a point and that the lyrics weren't simply a case of mistaken facts. Have a good one. :-)

It would seem that one of the main themes around the story is the Moon and in this specific lyric, I believe they are referencing the Moon rising which is from the East
