Maybe it's just a bad recording, but not good, to be honest. Some songs just aren't meant to be played live.

Koivusaari is the problem in this performance, almost forgetting to do some of his parts and not remembering the lyrics correctly. Other than that it sounds surprisingly good.

Seen Amorphis several times live; not one performance that wouldn't have been perfect. One of the strongest live bands around - it's a privilidge to listen to them.

They do put a lot of effort into live performance......hopefully one day I'll see them live. Haven't had the privilege yet, although I've been a fan since early days of Amorphis
