Where were these bonus tracks released, because I bought the album with the bonus track and I did not get these...:(

There were two bonus songs only released in Japan. This one was on the Japanese Digipack, the other (His Story) was exlusive to the digital-download in Japan (however the later is now also available on the Amorphis Best-Of called "His Story" (as well), however that one is also a Japanese release...the same shit happened with "under the red cloud" and their new "Queen of Time"...

It's because importing CDs is cheaper in Japan than actually buying them in Japan. So they put these extra songs on it to get japanese to buy them in the country.

Yes and no. I found one, but it was not the entire track, cut off little after 2 minutes.
