AMP for WordPress: How to enable AMP on a CMS like WordPress

When I used AMP with WordPress it didn't work at all. Why? because the theme wasn't compatible or fast. So, I tried many different themes and nothing useful happened. What is stopping you from making an Amp cms site builder? One that isn't so damn difficult to understand. Combine the cms of blogger and this weird half hazard code converter together and then you'll have something that's approachable.
