Marcy definitely has her demons from what she been through in Amphibia, with Darcy being her inner demon, literally! Fortunately Marcy learned from her mistakes and had friends that didn't truly give up on her. Glad that Marcy got a somewhat happy ending in the end.

She's one of the most tragic characters in Amphibia. First, she got told she would be moving and took the chance to strand herself and her friends in another world. She got betrayed by a person she'd grown attached to while spending time there - Andrias. She was killed by said person, thinking her friends hated her. Said person also had her be possessed by his eldritch-like biomechanical lord. And even when she was freed, she had to say goodbye to the world she'd flourished in and the friends she'd grown alongside. Why must they hurt her like that? 😢😢💚💚

i really think this is great and accurate as marcy has gone through a torturous amount of suffering and pain be that physcially and emontionally. before she got possesed she it would have been a great call back for her to say thank you, for everything

I definitely know how Marcy felt with that helmet lowered on her head. There once was a very scary attraction at Disney, it was Stitch’s Great Escape. They had those very uncomfortable shoulder restraints that hurt sooo bad. I felt sooo uncomfortable with the restraints lowering on us…I had that same uncomfortableness Marcy had. The moment the helmet lowered, I got Stitch’s Great Escape flashbacks when the restraints lowered, I got so scared.

Eh, I still say Anne took the crown. Marcy went through a lot of things, but most of them were really her fault. On top of that, she had it the best in Amphibia (had being the keyword). They were in Amphibia and her 3 months were pretty good, the second half was Darcy only essentially, which while Darcy was there, Marcy *was* living her best life in the fantasy world.

​​​@@SH1N0Z i wouldn't go as far as saying that everything bad happened to her was her own falut tbh- She didn't know andrias's true colors. It's kinda giving victimblaming vibe lol. She absolutely DID NOT deserve to be manipulated, backstabbed, literally stabbed by one she considered her friend, be tortured by her nightmares, get electrocuted alive and painfully possessed by eldrich evil, and to be stuck in a dark void all alone for god's know how long after rejecting her fantazies. Like, for example, anne and sasha being mad at her after her betrayal IS a direct consequence of her actions, that's self explanatory her fault. Everything that happened after however? absolutely NOT wtf
