AmRad CPT Fuse Wire - First Look (Universal Hard-Start Kit Compressor Protection within 3 Seconds)

The NEW CPT Fuse Wire on AmRad's universal hard-start kits protects the compressor from damage within 3 seconds of a relay failure!
When the potential relay on a hard-start kit fails with the contact stuck in a closed position, the motor-start capacitor remains in the circuit. This makes the AC compressor run with too much capacitance, causing damage and even potential failure.
The CPT Fuse Wire prevents this damage. When the relay becomes stuck in the close position, the fuse inside the wire disconnects within 3 seconds, cutting the motor-start capacitor off from the AC system. No damage, no mess, easy replacement.

I only use Amrad products and have been getting your products on the shelves out here in the OC/Irvine CA area. One of the greatest products and i have several videos advocating the capacitors! I didn’t know you guys had a channel in fully sub now 🤘🏻
