what are those sparks coming out of the car. can be seen on turns in left mirror. not all knowing in cars so might sound dumb sorry

Wow, you are sharp to have noticed that. Not dumb at all. It's a good question. The sparks is because the car is hitting the ground (called bottoming-out). There is so much downforce in the turn/banking that the car touches the ground. The challenge is to set-up the car so it is low enough for speed but not too low to smack the ground cause you loose speed and damage the car. You have a good day.
