I love the netherlands and i love visiting amsterdam. The only bad experience i had was on a new years eve visit. It was so crowded and chaotic in all the streets and shops, the worst part drunk people with fireworks. I had bottle rockets fly by my head multiple times and streets filled with firework fog you couldnt breathe in. I would love to visit again on a new years eve but this was not fun at all. It was quite a while ago, i should give it another try.

I thouhgt i could navigate Amsterdam quite well . Now im perplexed , i love the area you fimed after the Athanaum . Would you please enlighten me on the areas ? Sure, the area after the Atheneum bookstore is the Singelgracht (and the narrow streets next to it, towards the Northern end of the Singel gracht). From there I moved towards The beginnen of the Haarlemmerstraat . The canals paralel to the Haarlemmerstraat are also quite nice. Hope you enjoy 😊
