Amsterdam Marathon 2024

I decided to run Amsterdam marathon, even though I was not in specific marathon training. I have been doing for past few months only zone 2 training and I took this last minute choice to check where my fitness is. It was fun and a great experience, I recommend to all run a marathon, why not?

Nice video! You are right, there was not a lot of space for the runners. For me this marathon was too crowded to run your own race.

Thank you. Yeah exactly, some parts you cant pass people, even if you want, there was just simply no space... weird 😀

@@MartinTomjuk spent to less energy on, so I think 3:30 is goed time to aim… :) it was my first marathon, so decided to check my power, and indeed as you say on yours video “ASML” 6min/km to slow start, I think 5:30 half and second half 4:40-5:00
