Well if you are asking about the two different sounds, the manual states that Amtrak locomotives have two horn solenoids so the horn can be played on a soft or a loud setting.

It's a new feature where u can quill the horn

There isn't a quillable horn feature sadly, there is just a high tone and soft tone horn on the locomotive.

Matthewzen9 I know that its called quilling, but its just an effect that they made, it isn't an actual feature where you can quill the horns of different locomotives, theres just two different horns to where you can simulate quilling.
