A look back on Amtrak’s early and middle years when it had a heritage fleet pulled by E-units, SDP-40F’s and F-40PH’s. The 215 photos are set in the Midwest and West. The locations include the Great Northern Minneapolis depot, St. Paul and Duluth in Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, Colorado, Utah and Washington.
