Thank you for commenting, SLO is one of our favorite rail fanning locations! We love the old water tower and watching the surfliner get serviced and pull back out onto the main line eventually. Have you checked out the SLO railroad museum down the way?

What a amazing video. It almost felt like you were there. To see the acl 42's was great. Seeing p40 #816 was a special thrill. Question Seeing p40 #816 was this before or after the wreak in Colorado?

Oh my gosh, I didn't know about that, I just looked it up but cannot confirm if this was the same locomotive. This video was filmed last year and we're only getting round to editing and posting it.
