Yes, you do need a PC that is very strong. The mod can cause an absurd amount of lag if you have a bad computer. So, You really need a good laptop, monitor, or a PC.

You need the Traffic Reborn and Traffic Control mod and the Amtrak+ resource pack. You also need the 1.12.2 forge.

Yous should also link the resource packs, because these don't come standard with Immersive Railroading.
