Very relaxing. I love asmr. It helps me shut my brain down so I can sleep. I have true OCD, and often I suffer from intrusive thoughts that make it very difficult to fall asleep. Asmr gives my mind something to focus on that is soothing so I can fall asleep. It has been a Godsend for me.
