I read Bokurano a while back, and while the anime clearly changes some stuff for the worst and some for the best; this song represents all of Bokurano for me. I always feels so melancholic while hearing it

Would you recommed to read the manga? I've seen the anime a few times now and I love it, is the manga a good read?

@@chrisa8969 The manga has a different ending, and the road there has something that I won't spoil, but it's such a monumentally gut-wrenching element that I won't, and can't ever forget. Both are great, but the manga does hit entirely different feelings for me. I do recommend giving it a watch.

ガラケに眠ってたトランスverを見て久々に原曲が聴きたくなってたどり着いたんですが、何この動画のチョイスが適材適所過ぎてほぼ無駄の無い神MADΣ特に0:50〜1:40で心鷲掴みn（長いんで略）良いものを観れました、本当にありがとう。

このアニメが好きなら、m3 ソノ黒キ鋼で検査してみて😊もちろん全然話し違うけど、共感待てると思う。俺はこのアニメ(原作)見ても読んでもないけど、アンインストール聴いてこの動画見てたらM3思い出した。M3のリ・リメンバーって曲も凄くいいよ。オススメです。

It doesn't have a dub. If you liked it though, give the Ideon TV series+second film a go too.

I really like the whole concept of the story. But I thought the show fell pretty flat in many areas. For starters the fights were kinda lame. It definitely needed a bigger budget and a more imaginative director or whatever. You could have done some amazing things here. But it was just bland. I can't take most of the kids seriously or really even feel sad. It is possible to make a viewer nearly cry in the span of a episode. Just look at Violet Evergarden. But we had over 12 episodes with some of these kids and other than a "oh that sucks for you buddy" they just don't make me feel anything. Maybe it is the animation idk. I know the manga is significantly different at certain portions. I really tried to feel something for this cause so many people said it was good. But it just wasn't anything crazy for me. I respect the idea of most of the kids. But it need much more. To a certain extent I would say the bad animation, fights, and lack of memorable OSTs just made it mediocre. Glad I watched it. But it's a solid 6 out of 10 for me. Good AMV tho

It's hard to appreciate, but Gonzo helped some studios have much less crappy anime 3D animation. I do think some of the kids not getting enough screentime is a bummer, but I felt overall you kind of got their whole deal. Maybe I'm just very empathetic.

@@peppermillers8361 So it's been a brick since I last saw this movie. I think all the general ideas of the kids and their arcs is good on paper. Just executed poorly. It dosent really take much for me to feel sentimental over stories, ideas, or characters compared to a lot of folks. But the story still didn't really ignite any emotion out of me. Its a very cool concept. I just wish it was done better. I have found a lot of media over the years that has awesome concepts and world building but just falls flat.

@@baronvonjo1929 to be fair, I think the best anime that utilizes kids being in a hard situation is Now and Then, Here and There.
