+chronousnemesis Haruhi is not a traditional tsundere. She actually much more closely fits the "jerk with a heart of gold" archetype that is usually male. Meanwhile Kyon fits type B tsundere to a T.

Ryuji was already a slave to his mom. I guess he got so used to be being rudely bossed around that he didn't really notice Taiga was a tsundere. lol Kyon wouldn't have put up with Harui if she weren't basically... god. Didn't she almost destroy the universe when she thought he was interested in the time traveller? And yeah, Harui is not a tsundere. She's just an egoistical bored jerk. I only pity Kyon. xD

+Thenamelessbrat While there were a lot of incest undertones that were played for laughs; I feel like right up until the last 3 episodes the story could have just as easily been about repairing a normal sibling relationship. In fact I was kind of pissed at the way things turned out, as not only did he bomb his relationship with Kuroneko to be with his sister but they went back to being "normal" siblings anyways. You are right about Ryuji, but as for Kyon you basically missed the entire point of the series. Haruhi is a bossy jerk with a heart of gold. Kyon is the tsundere, he likes to bitch and moan even when he is enjoying himself. He isn't there "just because she is god". In fact he subconsciously wished for everything to happen the way it did in episode 1. Did you not watch the movie where he got transported to an alternate reality where Haruhi had no powers and the brigade never formed? Hell even in the new offshoot/alt reality where Nagato is the main character, he still has a pretty close relationship with Haruhi.
