I remember watching this when it was the original Galaxy bounce. And then, when it was remade into the newer updated 2012 I thought you had outdone yourself. Now, watching this in 720p60HD I was blown away by how smooth everything was. This truly has been a masterpiece of editing over the years. Grateful I've got to witness it evolve. Keep up the fantastical editing!

I think I like both videos equally for different reasons. This one you clearly were able to tell more of the story you wanted to. The original, though, had some really nice moments of music+imagery that yes, I do miss in here (Sugar Jesus did a good job, but the "violin" in the original brought out a nice emotional edge). And that's the end of this potentially pretentious comment haha

Pale cocoon is an very good anime, and the music really brings the feeling of how one felt when one watched it. I kinda feel that anime that borders on art and such really brings thinking into anime, Studio 4 degrees i think made a few excellent animes about story and philosofy and art aswell. I think what some people are looking for is a lot of flashy syncs with the music, but it seems to me like lately Nostromo has been trying to better himself in the amv world by attaching more feeling into his videos. The emotion of the scenes with strong music should, in itself, convey enough feeling to satisfy even the casual of viewers. Personally I think it triumphs the previous version, but this is personal opinion

I never said that syncing was everything, and I'm using a more broad term for sync in this case anyways. I just felt that the music and the video was a bit more detached from one another. And even with that, I am still complementing his work, just simply lending my criticism. I love Nostromo. When I discovered his videos, I had a new found passion for AMVs because I've never seen such quality before. That being said, I simply am lending some constructive criticism on an overall amazing video.

Men, I wish there where a way too tell you what you have done with your work! It impressed me so extrem years ago that I began to go into Digital Design! Every year, I & a lot of friends (Around 3-6 People) wait for your next work. at least 2-3 Times now we all got together, opend a few beer and just rewatched ALL of your AMV's. I have most of them on my Hard drive so I never loose them, to always remind me who made me do what I love today. THANKS (: I hope this doesnt make you feel weird :)

I really enjoyed watching this. :) It has a different feel than the other one, but I don't see that as being a "lack of improvement." I actually find it kind of funny that people are criticizing this video for being less powerful, when in fact, maybe you weren't aiming for as much intensity, or you just went about it in a different manner. It's all up to personal preference in the end, but this video definitely shows higher quality editing.

Super à voir comme vidéo !!! Déjà que le premier Galaxy Bounce était une merveille à voir, la nouvelle version est tout simplement une merceille parmi les merveilles xD ! On voit qu'il y a beaucoup de techniques dans ta vidéo et que c'est maitrisé. Logically speaking, he makes a special encode at 30 FPS for KZbin, of the 60 FPS encode. Since the original encode has interpolated frames. P.S. KZbin will automatically convert 60fps to 30fps and make it lag.
