In case I ever forget how incredible Adolescence was, this video will be my go-to. I mean, damn, your editing is always captivating but the way you've matched this song's stop/go moments with the movie segments is truly something else. You've been using rarer clips too and everything just works so well together. I'm so glad I get to see your videos. I need to watch it again, immediately.

I always enjoy how your editing matches up the clips to the rhythm of the song in a really clean way and it' really on display in a song with this kind of lilting, infectious build-up and almost syncopated feel. Like after the 3 minute mark when the "princes" start appearing it maps really well to the oppressive energy of that section of the music before cutting back to the chorus. ( I'm probably not articulating myself well, haha. Video good! )

amazing amv!! you've done an incredible job matching the movements and cuts to the beat of the song, and the way certain movements echo each other (like utena dropping the board and anthy bringing the axe down soon after) is really amazing. I love how the mechanical elements fit with the more mechanical sounds of the song. the whole video has this disjointed, rhythmic, yet somehow satisfying feel, like watching pistons assemble a puzzle. I also love your decision to put videos of the 'princes' alongside the male voice in the song; it makes that whole part of the song remind me of akio's ghost crooning to anthy that she should stay in her coffin. the switches between the paintings on the wall in that segment were COOL LOOKING AS HELL, by the way. thank you so much for posting :)
